Color Mixing to Create a Deep Navy Blue

I love to mix new colors using the One Step Paint®. I wanted to create a deep navy blue so I used the American Dream, Graphite and Black to create this beautiful dark blue.

Color Mix:

1/8 American Dream + 1/8 Graphite + 3/4 Black

Inspiration:
Beautiful bathroom with deep blue walls
Dark tones of blue and grey work well for this bedroom
I love that this room still feels very bright with the contrasting panel curtains and dining room chairs
Another nice dining room
The room still has that light room despite the dark walls
The walls here make the room feel very warm and welcoming
Again, great color combination with the gold accents

Decorating with Seaside Finds

I absolutely love to decorate with seaside finds. I think as a final touch, it is beautiful to add shells and/or coral to bookcases, on top of books, etc. around the house. In quoting William Morris, "Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful or believe to be Beautiful."

Inspiration:
Beautiful table decor
Light seaside feel
Great contrast of the shells with the deep blue bookcase
I love to put shells in my bathroom
I always use a mix of natural elements to my table as decor

One Step Paint Color Mixing

Color Mix:

Inspiration:
Yummy velvet cushion
Beautiful hand made pottery
Gorgeous family room
This neutral bedroom has a lighter feel
Again, lighter sense of the color
Beautiful bridesmaid's dress with her bouquet
Two-toned cabinet with fun pop of pink
Antique Chest
