Rescue Projects

The three R's: Rescue, Restore, and Redecorate are the true meaning behind the Amy Howard At Home products. I love that people are able to rescue and restore such sad looking pieces of furniture into amazing final pieces to redecorate with.
Before and After: Frame
This golden frame was completely changed when the Robin's Egg Blue One Step paint
was applied followed by the Light Wax, Dark Wax, and Dust of the Ages.
This project was sent to use from Kim Hoegger Home in Dallas, Texas.
Detail: Frame

Before: Urn
This urn has a beautiful shape but was not in a good condition.
After: Urn
The urn was restored by using the Black One Step Paint,
Cracked Patina, and Dust of the Ages.
It now has such a beautiful subtle antique finish.
Vickie Weismann completed this project from Belle Couleurs in Plano, Texas.

Before: Cabinet
This chest was in need of a restoration with missing hardware and in need of a new color
After: Cabinet
The piece was painted in the Vintage Affliction One Step Paint followed by
the Cracked Patina for texture, and finished off with the Light and Dark Waxes
This cabinet was also completed by Vickie from Belle Couleurs.
